In this live 2 hour CE session we will conclude the course by going through a nutritional/functional exam of a patient including what tests might be ordered and suggested supplements and diets.

Course Description:

We will discuss components of the brain and how the brain communicates. This will explore how toxins promote brain diseases. We will explore many diseases of the brain along with recent research on causes of dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, tubular sclerosis, and seizures. Also nausea, sleep, and other topics addressed.

Learning Objectives:

Hour One:

  1. Discuss How Toxins May Cause Brain Dysfunctions
  2. Describe How Various Toxins and Medications May Cause Problems Within the Brain
  3. Review Recent Research on Causes of Dementia, Alzheimer’s Parkinson’s, Tubular Sclerosis, and Seizures

Hour Two:

  1. Review Research on Dietary Fats and Nutrition that May Affect Brain Function
  2. Discuss the Role of Cortisol, Neurotransmitters, Melatonin, and The Pineal Gland on Sleep Quality
  3. Describe How Diet May Affect Brain Health
