The course will discuss the concept of immune builders, such as the role of vitamins, minerals, plants, mushrooms, and animal tissues in immunity. We will explore ethnopharmacologic research on plants, animal tissues, vitamins, and minerals, and how to use supplementation for patients’  optimal health and wellness.
